1. Product Ownership and Return Policy

* If you purchase the £39 plan, the VPN router remains the property of Urban Shield VPN until you complete 12 months of continuous subscription.
* If you cancel before 12 months, you must return the router within 7 days or pay a £30 non-return fee.
* If you purchase the £99 plan, the router is yours to keep.

2. VPN Subscriptions

* We offer VPN-only subscriptions at £9 per month or £49 per year.
* VPN subscriptions work without a router and can be used on phones, tablets, and laptops.
* All subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
* You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard.

3. Usage and Restrictions

* You must not use our VPN service for illegal or harmful activities.
* We may suspend or terminate your account if misuse is detected.
* Your VPN account is for personal use only. Do not share your login outside your household.

4. Shipping, Import Duty, and Taxes

* Free shipping is available within the UK.
* International shipping is £15.
* Depending on your country’s tax rules, you may be charged import duties or taxes.
* These charges are beyond our control and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

* Hardware sales (VPN routers) are non-refundable once shipped.
* VPN subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

* We do not log or track your internet activity while using the VPN.
* Only account and payment data are collected for account management and billing.

7. Service Availability

* Performance depends on your internet connection and location.

8. Liability

* Urban Shield VPN is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse, delays, or service interruptions.
* Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.
